Days later, I’m still processing all that happened last week with the 5-day encampment of Project Refit at Stillwater Ranch. It was an incredible week for visiting Vets, local Vets, Stillwater Ranch, my hubby and me, and our 6-year-old grandson with too many highlights to mention but here are just a few:

Daily adventures of fly fishing, horseback riding, skeet shooting, archery, hiking, Fight Club, and range day.

Campfires with s’mores and intense, necessary conversations.

Potato cannons.

Lots of competitive horseshoes, ladder golf, and corn hole.

Outdoor showers in a sketchy little tent that blew over several times.
-
Hundreds of miles put on the golf carts around the property.
-
More people added to support systems.

Life-long friendships established.
It was absolutely our pleasure and honor to host this group and get to know each of these amazing people. We can’t wait to see y’all again next year at Stillwater Ranch!
